It does not employ conventional electric motors. I also have a possible way of killing brain tumours. I have other inventions including a Thermal/ Gravity Electricity generator. Dr.Alistair McGibbon from the National Engineering Laboratory wrote out my description, assisted by funding from Scottish Enterprise in Paisley Scotland. Presently I cannot finance any of my ideas which include Tank Armour/Building Cladding, Laser Rifle,Deep Dive Submarine Hull,Mobile flood Barrier,Speed Boat Hull.Wind power Water Elevator, Wave Powered Generator and Tsunami Killer. The Centre for Defence Enterprises wants my ideas but I cannot access their site. Contact Wing Commander Jim Pennycook.  I have also sought assistance from Strathclyde University In Glasgow. who might be able to assist me. The Malawi Millennium Project was mentioned as well as Triple E at Strathclyde University. My Contacts are John Gillan and research fellow Damien Frame.
