It is the Airlines job that purchases these plane for their routes to deliver the customer satisfaction. I have been on may 747 from several different airlines. All of the flights I was able to reach my intended destination safely. However, not all of the flights were an enjoyable experience. They're putting so much into architecture while forgetting that it will be people that ultimately finalize the passengers' satisfaction. I'm referring of course to the stewards and stewardesses.
