Fring Free VoIP Application

Fring is an easy-to-use, cross platform application that enables users to make Free VoIP on iPhone/Windows Mobile/Android and Symbian cell phones.

Fring features support for the most popular VoIP applications including AIM, MSN, Google Talk, Yahoo, ICQ, Twitter, and Skype and SIP setups and of course, it works over EDGE, 3G, or Wi-Fi wireless networks.

Making free calls over a wireless connection has it obvious benefits, but Fring has higher hopes of becoming a universal call and chat coordinator. It can grab in your phone’s contacts and match up names with the add-on services you plug in, making it easy to call someone on Skype, and then chat them over AIM if they don’t pick up.

Although Fring has been available for a while, the free application is now available for Android smart phones.
