Apple’s iMac ‘all-in-one’ is an extremely powerful machine housed in a striking anodized aluminum frame and glass cover, all the components of the computer (except the mouse and keyboard) are hidden away behind a 20 or 24 inch display screen.

All our iMac’s come with a 2.40 GHz, Intel Core 2 Duo Core processor, 1024MB’s of DDR2 RAM and a 256MB, ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics card in the higher end models or the HD 2400 XT with 128MB of GDDR3 memory in the less expensive model. Also depending on the model is the size of the hard drive, the iMac comes with either a 250GB hard drive 320GB for those looking for as much space as possible.
Integrated neatly into the iMac screen is a slot-loading SuperDrive, the 8x SuperDrive burns CD’s and DVD’s and also supports double-layer. In true Macintosh style there is no disc tray, you just slide the disc right in.
Apple iMac With 802.11n Wireless And Bluetooth
Behind the screen, Apple has found room from for 3 USB 2.0 ports, one FireWire 400 and one FireWire 800 port. There is also a Mini-DVI output port with support for DVI, VGA, S-video, and composite video connections via adapter.
As standard the iMac comes with the latest 802.11 Wi-Fi networking and Bluetooth technologies. Mac automatically finds networked computers under your roof whether they’re wireless or wired. Use Bluetooth to communicate wirelessly with PDAs, keyboards, mice, and other devices or use a preferred network to play your music through a home stereo using an AirPort Express Base Station or an Apple TV.

The built-in iSight camera and microphone enables the user to capture sound and video, applications including iPhoto, iLife, iChat, GarageBand or iMovie help you produce, edit, share or publish to the web, any photo’s, video’s or music you have created or collected. Video chatting is also easy letting you hold audio chats with up to 10 people and video conferences with 3 people.
