Lim Ding Wen, a 9-year-old IT whiz-kid from Singapore, has a created a popular iPhone application that turns your screen into an Etch-a-Sketch like doodle pad.
The app, known as Doodle Kids, was downloaded over 4,000 times in two weeks and has since earned itself a healthy three-and-a-half star ranking on the App Store.

Doodle Kids lets users draw on the iPhone screen with their finger tips, the image is then erased by shaking the iPhone in much the same way as the once popular, Etch-a-Sketch. Users may also tap the screen with two fingers to clear the screen, or tap the screen with three fingers to set the screen to random color.
The young programmer from Singapore, fluent in no less than six computer languages, developed the application for his younger sisters who like to draw.
Below is a video clip of Lim letting his sister try out his Doodle Kids App.
